Stomach pain for 3 or 4 days I was over at my navel and it is not quite so awful uncomfortable and I had green stools and I do not eat a lot of green foods. Someone knows what could happen?

If you do not eat lots of green food, another explanation for green stools is that the feces move through the intestine too quickly.
If you are experiencing diarrhea, a doctor should consult and at least take measures to prevent dehydration. Otherwise you may get their own.
